I met Mr. Durham almost 12 years ago since he started representing my case and I still trust his representation because he has been truthful to everything he said he will help me with. I have worked with Mr. Durham two times. the first one in 2008 when I need to get my green card and the second one in 2012 to help me with my citizenship process. Attorney Durham was professional and kept me in the loop the entire time my husband's immigration case was in open status. He was cordial, precise and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend him if you need an immigration attorney. He was straight forward - free consultation and told us up front what the rough costs were and how he knew the case would go if we hired him. He was the third attorney that I met with for consultation - the only one that you did not have to pay up front at the initial consultation and the one that I wound up going with in the end.

I absolutely and highly recommend Atty. Durham. He has gone above and beyond on my case. Let me start with his character - he is patient, kind and has a good heart. A competent and intelligent lawyer that possess an admirable conscience. Whenever I have an appointment with his office, I bring a list of questions for him and I always receive satisfying and thorough answers with comprehensible explanations. This is of course extremely important to me since English is not my native tounge. The receptionist/administrative person is very corteous on the phone. Atty. Durham returns my phone call, inquiries, and/or email within 24 hours or the same business day. I have called and email three other laywers in town which especializes in immigration as well, and I have to mention he is the only lawyer who responded in a timely manner. We hired him for an immigration case and he charged a lot of money but then told us we could not proceed because we did not have evidence of legal entry into the country. We went to another lawyer and found a simple solution and got a greencard in 6 months. All we got from Mr. Durham was out $1500 dollars.
