When an overzealous police officer decided to have my legally registered pickup truck towed and impounded I needed legal help. I reached out to the law offices of Attorney David Wemhoff. He not only won my case against the officer in court, but, he also leveraged the city for monetary compensation for the hardship that was imposed upon me. I don't like scrapes with the legal system, but, I know I can count on Mr. Wemhoff for any additional help in the future. Thank you David!

Mr. Wemhoff did a great job for my wife and me. At first, I called him to tell him we'd been ripped off by a fraudulent roofer, not sure if I actually wanted to pursue a court case or not. When I explained the situation to him, he assured me that we had a solid case and advised me to take action.
He worked both quickly and thoroughly for us. For one thing, he hired an investigator who was able to gather information about the roofer whom we were suing. On one occasion, I wasn't able to be there (due to my work schedule) shortly before the trial to meet with a different roofer who was a key witness. Mr. Wemhoff handled the meeting great on his own, asked all the right questions, and obtained much valuable information that helped us win our case.
On the day of the trial, since I'd never appeared in court before, Mr. Wemhoff told me what to expect, how to address the judge, etc. I was super impressed with how professional he was in court. I could tell that the judge respected him and what he had to say. He was very unwavering and firm in questioning the defendant in our trial. I was kind of nervous being in the courtroom, but I'm really glad that Dave was on my side as my attorney, because if I'd have been the defendant, I would've bet much more nervous.
The end result was overwhelmingly in our favor, as the defendant was found guilty of all 3 charges - negligence, breech of contract, and fraud.
Other than being focused and intelligent, Mr. David Wemhoff is very personable. He was even friendly with my boys when my wife and I brought them along during a preparatory meeting. As a side note, my 11-year old is even talking about maybe becoming an attorney when he grows up so apparently his one experience of a lawyer in action left a good impression on him.
I highly recommend giving Mr. Wemhoff a call if you need a trustworthy attorney. Although I hope to never have to sue anyone again or have to ever defend myself in court, if I do, he'll be the first person I call.
