Called and emailed but have not received any response to discuss scheduling a consultation. It has been weeks. Would give zero stars if I could.

I went through many different phone calls trying to find an attorney for a hearing that was coming up in a few days- I started calling as soon as I got the "Notice to Appear". He was quick to get the information needed, get things submitted, and get the PO dismissed...all without me even having to say a word in court (though I did attend the hearing). I didn't even have to give the evidence we had either. He was a blessing and I am keeping his number for if, God forbid, I need an attorney again.

Scheduled consultation, rearranged work schedule for that appointment. Never received a call for my telephone appt nor did I receive a call or email ahead of time to let me know he was running late or needed to reschedule. If you’re tight on time like most are, better to find someone else who values others’ time.

Terrible divorce attorney, gave someone I know terrible advice leading to a horrible outcome that devastated him financially and then still had the nerve to charge him a ton for terrible representation.

Mr. Brooks was very thorough, accommodating, and professional. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of our questions in an easy-to-understand manner. He offered excellent ideas. When we called in with questions, Mr. Brooks replied in a timely, efficient manner and adjusted things specific to our needs with some last-minute changes. We would give him our highest recommendation!!

Does not keep you updated on your case and never answers your calls. Clearly states on website and in 1st email with them that consultation was free but when I got the 1st bill and only bill on time they charged me $370 for the “free” consultation. They want you to be on automatic withdrawals of $400 a month but don’t send any itemized bills of what you are being charged for. Once I took them off of automatic payments and the withdrawals failed I get sent 4 months of bills from them. Divorce was finalized months ago and still trying to pull money out of my account. When I call and question this he says oh we are still finalizing stuff. What are you finalizing? Judge already signed and case says resolved and its been that way for months. I’m not sure how this guy is still in business. All around horrible company and lawyer.
