Over the years I've spoken with many lawyers regarding my custody case & they would talk down to me & make me feel that they didn't have my or my child's best interest in mind. So I was very picky when I found Tanner. He is by far the best I've had. He listens to you & does not talk down to you. That was my main issue in the past so I appreciate Tanner very much. Good listener, good at his job, & is affordable. If you’re looking for a lawyer that is going to actually work for you instead of just taking your money Tanner is your guy. Thank you Tanner for everything!

Our lawyer had retired, so they updated our wills and answered questions about creating a trust in the future so our kids can avoid probate.

This place is a joke! They not only embarrassed myself but themselves as well. Tanner got reminded in our case how to correctly file for a custody order, after taking 700$ from me. Then proceed to dodge my questions to seek information, then billed me an additional 200$ and tried putting me on a payment plan to pay him 5000$ All i wanted was to modify child support... Literally a cut and paste type of case. Nope this law office tried putting me in a payment pool for something that is literally typing a piece of paper, applying a stamp and representation. NOPE Save yourself the stress and dodge these "types of lawyers " Unless you like making payments toward things your not aware of, this place is a typical IDGF about you or your issues kind of place. Forgot to mention i was modifying custody because i have less than two years on support, and kids full time. Rounding out to about 2400$ Brooks legal found it necessary to try and get 5000$ out of me before saving me the 2400$ you do the math folks. This con artist is not only taking advantage of my problem and money but trying to make me pay over 150% of what i would have saved, how is this caring? How is this respectable? How is this trustworthy? This guy doesn't take your cases serious, honestly his receptionist did more for me in this case then he did. What a shame! Furthermore i think its funny this joke has people writing reviews that try to contradict any bad review(r2d2) If tanner is careful about what he does and say that also confirms he premeditates robbing a client before they know what hits them, again proving my point he's a p.o.s con artist. Thanks for that

I highly recommend Brooks Legal 10/10 to anyone who is looking to getting custody of their child, getting visitation, etc.. I can say without them I wouldn’t have gotten full custody of my son. They are 100% legit and they keep you updated on everything, and their communication skills are very effective. Tanner and Morgan are so nice and respectful as well. Definitely some great hearted people and want to see you win at the end of the day.

Tan Brooks is the worst attorney that there is . He is very incompetent. He tried to do my devorce . He was so bad after 1 month I had to fire him . He was more on my wife’s side . All the people that say he is good are not telling the truth. He well not send bills once a month so you know what you have paid and owe . When I fired him he still showed up to case . That he didn’t have to come to . He was fired . So now he wants to be paid for it. He is one of the biggest jokes for attorney. DO NOT USE Tanner BROOKS . The you need really good attorney go to Other law firm.

Tanner is amazing, and his assistant Morgan did a wonderful job on my fathers will and p.o.a. documents price was reasonable but he let us make payments which was a huge help. please go and see for yourself if you need legal help

Awesome experience working with Tanner and Morgan. They helped me stay up to date with my case, and my options going forward.
