I hired Ms Homann to help me negotiate and remove myself from a corporate structure and real estate LLC. The contra side of this transaction were challenging to work with. I just wanted out. Jackie was able to both work with the other side as well well as walk me through different parts of the many parts of the transaction. She was also able to make sure that I got the correct indemnifications and releases while simultaneously not giving too much on my side (in interest of just GETTING OUT). She was also very helpful in explaining the 'legal-eze'. I appreciated her candor and ease of speaking with and 'hand-holding' when parts got stressful. I will definitely be keeping her number close for further advice/transactions in the state.
