Tryed to have changes made to schedule I and J forms before filing and had apt to review changes, showed up to apt with nothing changed or done have spent a week so far calling every day for no answers.

Very good attorney, Mr Wiesneth is quite prompt and returns all client questions. I would highly recommend him.

so far so good. just starting the process but everything has been explained well so far. seems like I am doing most of the running around getting paperwork, bills, etc. I will have to wait to finish up my review when it gets down to seeing the final paperwork and filing the bankruptcy. it is a long drawn out process anyway

I don't know about the other office's but the one in Terre Haute on Ohio is horrible. Our Case was thrown out twice because they could meet the deadlines, In the beginning they said they would handle two seperate cases for us. Well once we got one situation moving forward now they won't even return e-mails concerning the other matter. Basically they won't respond to anything you send them. They won't call you to set up an appointment when your case it thrown out they will just wait until you call and ask them what's going on because they never respond to your e-mails. Horrible experience.....
