John has very good presentation and delivers his points across very well!!!!

Blake Reed represented me in my divorce and custody hearing, I could not have asked for a better attorney. He went above and beyond for me and my family, doing whatever was needed for my voice to be heard. Blake is more than just an attorney, he’s a genuine human being who legitimately cares about his clients. On top of him being the super lawyer he is, the staff in their law office is so warm and welcoming you may forget where you are. I have already referred multiple people to this law office and I recommend them to anyone looking for legal representation.

John helped me with the domestic battery charge I received after I caught my husband cheating, the divorce, and then custody as well. He won all three for me and I'd definitely recommend him!

Do NOT pay this man..I had a terrible experience with Mr. Claussen and would suggest that nobody else believes his lies and looses their money like I did. I was referred to him from a close friend and he went out of his way to meet me, and sounded thrilled about helping with my custody case. After he had the money, i called him numerous times and sent numerous e-mails over the next few weeks, and got no response. After paying him almost two grand and wasting weeks away from my kids (who I still have not seen), I get to my court date and low and behold, he doesn't show up. In the end, I still have no rights to my kids, even though I have never failed a drug test or had a cps case. They are with my ex- in laws who they don't even know and I am fighting to remove Mr. Claussen's name from the one of my kid's names that he filed an appearance for (I have 3 kids). and he postponed my court date even though I repeatedly asked him NOT to push off no matter what and as of right now, I won't see my kids until april so this all started because they lost their father and his parents took off with my kids, and now my kids have neither parent in their lives thanks to Mr. Claussen! He absolutely ruined my life!!!!!!11

I would not recommend him. He does not advise you very well, brushes off your needs and is NOT good at communicating. I will however say that he is good at taking his payment on time

Eric Abel is the best child custody lawyer in Terre Haute. My husband and I just got custody of his children and that was the best decision we have made for our family. He worked hard and did all the research we needed to win our case. I highly recommend him for your next custody trial.
