Although I had several caseworkers during the 2-3 years of working with this firm, no one dropped the ball on my Disability case at all. They called at least twice a month with for updates and if I had questions the portal was amazing and I got answers very quickly. They had my case well prepared before entering the courtroom on a Wednesday and I was told it would be 6 to 12 weeks before I hear if we won the case but that following Monday my Lawyer called said the Judge ruled in my favor. I failed 3 attempts on my own but they made it happen. I’d recommend them to anyone.

They are wonderful. First time around with them and I got a favorable decision from disability. Just wish I woulda found them back in 2007 when I got misrepresented by another firm and lost out on 8 years because they refused to appeal and didn't tell me in time.

They have been wonderful in helping my daughter try to get disability as she is fibromyalgia to the point she has memory problems when she's in so much pain and doesn't get any sleep. And my son is also going for disability and they've been good with him too as he has spinal stephanotis and it's getting harder for him to use his legs they're very friendly there when I would highly recommend him.

I came to Flescher, Starkc Tanoose and Newlin after being turned down for the third time. Well let me share my situation I have severe headaches and sometimes can't even leave the bedroom and can't even turn on the lights or have any noise. If that isn't that isn't enough I have depression and anxiety, add in asthma and stomach issues. I have been in the ER so much. I cannot work with these headaches and even with botox that help some but I still have days that I can't function. Thanks to FSTN for getting my settlement and going through this step by step and explaining to me all about the steps that was going on. I am grateful for the this law firm they treated me with respect and answered all my questions. Always there and appoint me with a case manager that always answer the phone or call right back if I got their answering machine. I would not choose another law firm in the future.

I don't know what all the one stars and belly aching is all about. If you don't have a legitimate case, and are just trying to draw a check and not work, F.S.T.&N. knows that the Gov't has people who can sniff that stuff out, so why waste the time representing people who do that? They know they're not going to get paid. I had a legitimate claim, my case worker stayed in touch with me. Yeah, they changed three times, but the new ones always called to give me a heads up, and get updates on my situation. My attorney showed up at my hearing, more than prepared me, spoke up for me when needed, and got me my case awarded 100%... BECAUSE ALL INVOLVED KNEW IT WAS LEGITIMATE!!!

Very poor service. No contact letting me know they changed case worker on me two times. Case settled because of my hustling NOT theres. No return phone calls from case workers or supervisors. Not even a congratulations or a thank you for giving them 25 percent for NO reason. DO NOT USE THESE crooks...go elsewhere.
