Great customer experience very knowledgeable and eager to help me understand the process I would highly recommend them

I am very pleased with the services I have received throughout this process. It is a long process and a lot on the shoulders of the ones behind the scenes getting all the correct documents, making sure deadlines are met, ect but they have always reached out and still answered any questions I may have had and in reasonable timeframe not making me wait too long for responses. The receptionist, case managers, and attorney have all been great. Hoping for a positive decision. I also want to thank Sara for staying on top of the records you had trouble getting and remaining kind and patient through the process because I know some times have to be trying. You all have a very organized, professional, kind group of staff. Thanks again.
