Edit: Steve never got back with me. This firm ended up dismissing her case for failing to follow through. Edit: Steve, I left a message today at 2:31PM and look forward with speaking with you. My GF has a personal injury case against an insurance company and this law firm doesn’t seem to be helping or following up! Instead they subbed out another law firm in Indy in which we can’t have get a response from either! I’ve had better experiences personally from other law firms. We’re attempting to purchase a home this year and now this litigation is holding us back; I wish she wasn’t treated as another number. This law firm only had a “zero tolerance policy” for their clients, not me. Apparently this law firm needs to study on communication and first amendment laws. I only left this review because this law firm FAILED to return messages. I had to physically show up to the building, and guess what? They left early for the day. Imagine that!
