DIDNT CALL ME NOT ONCE TO GO OVER OR EXPLAIN MY SSDI DENIAL LETTER! I’m thinking that I could just start over with my claim and try again. I went as far as the appeal. All this ppl did was call me just to say the appeals team denied me. I went into a local lawyer office today thinking I’m about to start a new claim. Took my denial letters in she looked over them and explain to me everything the only thing I can file was SSI. I make too much for that I’m a unemployable veteran who literally cannot go to work and earn more credits. I have a family to provide for….three children who are under the age of 18, and husband who stays at home to look after me, or pay someone so he can go make a dollar to meet my disability money, but people will not understand that because they don’t walk those shoes or don’t care as much.

Worthless imbisals

I am so disappointed I am in tears right now. 5 months ago I hired them to rep me in my SSD case. Everyone was so nice and pleasant. Although I am in another State I still felt comfortable with their representation. That was the last time I heard from anyone in the office. I left a message last month with the person who is handling my case. No response until yesterday only after I expressed my desire to find another Lawyer. This is not intended to put anyones job on the line trust me I know the feeling of being without an income it is a day to day struggle and I would not wish that on anyone. I know a favorable decision is not guaranteed and I shouldnt put all my eggs in one basket, but right now this is my only option. After speaking with the rep at Flescher she gave me an update which was the complete opposite as to what the Rep at the SS ofice told me. Right now I dont know if I should just drop my case? Let Fleschner continue to rep me or find another lawyer?????

They are the best! Brian newlin is one of the nicest men I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking with his professionalism and kindness are unmatched.he’s an example of how wonderful this law firm is to work with. To them it’s not about money it’s about giving their clients their best everyday they are fantastic hardworking people.

I haven’t actually used them but I’m searching for a lawyer. They seem like a wonderful group but I am slightly turned off that they only reply to reviews that say they are great. Responding to bad reviews would speak volumes to your firm.

Newlin Disability made the process very easy. They answered all of my questions and were there for me through the process.
