Today I received a call from Kaytlin. She was very sweet, patient and very informative. This process can take a long time and there are many obstacles that can happen asking the way. Sure did really well. She was very professional. She was responsive to any questions that I had. She also was very quick with executing my request to have the link sent to my email instead of my phone.
Only thing I would suggest for her to work on; would be to slow down just a bit when talking. Don't sound so rushed or as if your in a hurry. Also to not be so quick to end the call. Maybe wait just a few more seconds to ensure the client didn't have any after thoughts.
