They were all very friendly at this firm. I mainly dealt with paralegal Shelby Pair. Shelby was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of laws, procedures, and she had a great way of explaining things in layman's terms so that it was easy to understand. I would definitely recommend this firm to anyone.
