Communication was very very very poor
Told us one thing at the beginning and then never follow through Could not ever get them to return a phone call
They just responded and said they got back in timely manner they lied!! I called Monday and they still have not responded it Thursday.

Because of COVID, I didn't go to their offices. They gave me some paperwork to fill out and then they handled everything else. I was really surprised at the results, especially when I didn't think they a snowball's chance. I am very happy with my results and am so very thankful they went to bat for me. Thank you !!
