Lack of communication and follow up I literally did all the paperwork and follow up myself with no help. I shared this information with a supervisor who promised to follow up with me and never did. I felt as though I paid them for me doing all the work not a good experience at all. There was a turnover of who was handling my account and things got even worse, I would not recommend based on my experience.
