My attorney was great and the person who reviewed my records before my hearing was also great. My case manager(s), however, were not. I was very disappointed in the customer service that I received from them. I was requesting my own records in the beginning because they took months to return my calls and messages. I had to call my local SSI contact person to get questions answered that should've been answered by them.
