We have tried for weeks to get a consultation, and when we were finally able to get a phone consultation scheduled, they didn't call us. It's almost impossible to get any kind of response from this office. With the high ratings, we didn't expect this at all.
Response to comment: So, what's your point? So, how does their terrible food have anything to do with your office's lack of professionalism? Your comment just proves my point.

I don't know how they did what they did, but I'm truly amazed at how fast they got me approved. I must have talked to Brenda 2 maybe three times at the most and all of a sudden I got a call from the social security office they needed some information from me which I provided immediately.And within 3 weeks and I got a letter in the mail I was approved! Thank you Brenda for all your help! You took all the stress away from me, thanks again! I highly recommend using Newlin disability

So I thought about giving this company a lower rating for the main reason of feeling judged when I called and spoke to a Crystal. Anyways I called again and boy let me tell you this girl Rebecca O. Turned my day completely around! She's the one who deserves a 5* plus rating! She was super friendly and very prompt! She took her time with my case, and made me very comfortable and welcomed. Amber Harbrueger, along with the entire team at Newlin Disability have been amazing from the very beginning. Struggling with a disability is hard enough by itself but navigating the system of filing for disability can be a nightmare.
