I am very unhappy with Langer and Langer. I had a slip and fall a year ago that is causing me nothing but pain. I spoke to Jodi and Steve Langer in the month of July. I cried to Jodi and she seemed so nice and sympathetic, she told me that Steve Langer would for sure guide me on what I needed to do with My personal injury case, also told me that I would be receiving a phone call within 3 days. That was a lie. They never called me back. I had to call them, then I finally got to talk to Steve and he told me that they wouldn't take my cade because I told him when he called me that I was at the mall shopping with my daughter, my response to to him was no that's not what I said Stdve. I felt at though he was micromanaging things. ThI had my hopes up with this law fotm.

Steve Langer represented us in a medical malpractice case, and throughout the entire case he kept us updated on everything that was happening. My family and I will never be able to thank him enough for what he was able to do for us, he really cares for his clients and what they’re going through!! Langer and Langer were such a great choice for us. They went way out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We have never been involved with a law suit. But after a very serious crash we hired Steve and Sara Langer to represent us. We could not have found better people to help us with this very horrible event in our lives. Steve I want to thank you for not taking my case last year when I called you. Your firm didn;t look at a single page of medical record and decided I didn[t have one. BUT... CMS just finished an investigation after I filed a grievence and found 2 serious Quality of Care concerns against the hospital and it's doctors on just 1 of my husband's 2021 hospital admits. Thank you for allowing them to get away with murder but telling me I needed to seek therapy. Malpractice attorneys are no better than the healthcare people that do harm, if anything you do more harm by telling those of us who KNOW harm was done to "seek therapy"

I was looking for an attorney to help with the custody of my two daughters. I chose Langer & Langer based on other reviews and that a few friends had gone to them in the past. From the time I found the website and spoke to the live online chat help all the way through the resolution of my case I was treated with the utmost respect. Kayleen Teufel was my attorney, she walked me through every step of the process and made it very easy to understand. If there was something I didn't understand she would break it down and explain it in a way that didn't make you feel uneducated like some attorneys have done to me in the past. She wants you to fully realize what you are doing and be confident in your decisions. Overall I will definitely return to Langer & Langer for any future legal help. The professionalism and being treated like a friend made a huge difference when dealing with such a sensitive matter.

Highly recommend for divorce proceedings. Ms. Teufel was extremely thorough and always had my best interests in mind. I trusted her judgement completely. Caring and professional through a very prolonged divorce. The proceedings were finalized with the best possible outcome for me.
