Was extremely disappointed in my experience with this firm. After back and forth emails with Jody for over 3 weeks and still no contact with an actual attorney I decided to check on the status with them and was told they were not willing to go forward with the case because they felt it would not be profitable in the long run for them. Timeliness in a case where my daughter has been disfigured would have been greatly appreciated. And if pursuing a case against a surgeon who is already being sued by other patients for the same thing doesn’t seem winnable just say that from the beginning instead of leaving a potential client in limbo.

The worst customer service..the lady that called me for the first intake, treat me like I owe her something. it was the first call. I had a concussion I don't speak that fast in English I even when I told her that she seemed like didn't care at all.
