I’ve known Chuck many years and even worked for him as a receptionist. I unfortunately did have to use him after I moved to Chicago. He and his son Trevor were professional and went above and beyond. More than pleased. He is the guy you want defending you! ❤️

Great lawyer, helped us tremendously!!! When my daughter got into a bit of trouble in Porter County the attorney advertisements would just not stop showing up in the mail. After asking around I was led to Attorney Chuck Nightingale, and coincidentally he was not one of the lawyers sending me spam ads. He handled my daughter's case professionally, and I was very relieved that he lived up to my referral's advice. Case dismissed for a reasonable fee, I'd refer him to any of my family or friends.

Although it sometimes would take a day to get a call back from his office, I was very happy that I chose Attorney Nightingale. His fees were a bit higher than some of the other quotes I got, but I felt like he represented me as if I were a part of his family. I would use him again!
