Randy is my hero. I came to him because my disability was denied for my mental health. My issues pretty much paralyzed me. He made me feel so human. He made me feel seen and like I mattered. He walked me through every process. Was very attentive to my needs, patient, built me up when I would break and wanted to give up He got me through the crazy process of court. He put me at ease everytime we met. This man cares about what he does and he FIGHTS for you not just a paycheck. He is very honest, compassionate, empathic. I can't even put into words for what he really did for me. Even if I didnt win my case, my review would still be the same. If you can pick anyone in your corner, it should be Randy. If he can't get it done then it just can't be done. He will always be a impact to my life. He helped me fight for myself. I wish I could write a short story about my experience so I could help people who are struggling like me with mental health but I have to try to cram it into a tiny review. Randy always and forever. You will always have a special place in my families heart. He not only won my monthly benefits, he got me 7 years back pay because the judge did not even consider my evidence. MAJOR SICK ATTORNEY FIRM WILL LIE TO CLIENTS.. This attorney firm is sickly,sick. Went threw three attornies. Each attorney got sicker than the first. Sick Jeff wrote used doul language in front of my 89 year old mother after Menard doors closed on her .emergency hip replacement 2 months in hospital. Attorney from illegal used my mom's Medicare for billing. Ann paralegal told my mom she could not use Menard for billing on her rehabilitation cause she using her settlement monies. Jeff wrote refused to show us records when he sent out for doctors narrative reports. These reports were missing important injuries ro My mom. Jeff wrote than started using foul language in front of my mom when we asked why did u not respond back to us before the bogus reports. Jeff wrote has a foul mouth. He's sick. Three attornis and the last and another bad in this firm is BIG BAD MR BARKS. BE AFFRAID OF THIS ATTORNEY . HE WILL KEEP YOURE RECORDS.THAN NOT GIVE THEM BACK UNTIL YEARS LATER WITH A BAD LIENG ARGUMENT. DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM .RUN AWAY.

Scott made the process of drafting a will and all of its components painless and easy. He took the time to ask all of the right questions and I felt listened to the whole time we met. Horrible customer service. I called because needed help and advice and was referred to by NELA but was cut off constantly, over talked, and basically told nothing they can do not in their perview... then why was I referred to them for help with my specific need in mind... I recommend not going here Carol the lady I spoke to was rude as well. And when called back after being hung up on wasn't even transfered to person I needed again just told not what we do and hung up.

For my disability case I worked closely with Randy. He's very insightful and informative of the process that you'll go through! He's a realist which I respect because not everything is going to go perfect or as fast as we would all like! I can tell you this not only did I win my case but I got to watch Randy in his element and trust me without a lawyer to help you may miss court dates and deadlines ...have u ever wrote an appeal ? No... me either but my lawyer did! Listen if you're debating or you just don't even know where to go to find information about disability and what to do with the process ...just give Randy a call!
