Andrew represented me on a DUI Case. In coincided with the start of the covid pandemic. While my court dates continued to get postponed his office kept me updated as much as possible and we were able to complete everything before sentencing. This was a huge plus as I had relocated and needed to travel for court. Highly recommended.

I have hired Andrew Bennett to represent me twice and he did not disappoint. For my first case he was able to have it dismissed, and my second case, being an OWI, brought to a very favorable outcome. Attorney Acosta is one of the most knowledgeable, and professional gentleman I have ever met. He worked on my custody case, and did a tremendous job. I never had an issue trying to speak with him or get face to face time. He never dropped the ball on anything and remained in constant contact with me throughout the duration of the court case even through a national pandemic. I highly recommend him, and will definitely use his services again.

It would take days for a response to even a text... also, it’s hard to trust an attorney who at your divorce meeting is taking notes from the other counselor. Truth

Mr. Bennett and staff are great. He helped me when I got an OWI in Porter County. He was very helpful with getting things rolling before the initial court date and also in getting me special driving privileges since I was working out-of-town at the time. My case was also knocked down to a reckless driving.
