After recently moving to Indiana, I required a new power of attorney and a new living will to be drafted. Michael was recommended as the attorney who would fit needs. He had all information ready at our first appointment and expedited the completed paperwork within few days. And what I appreciated the most is his ability to determine that my legal needs were correctly covered by taking the time to ask questions. He is extremely attentive to detail and in anticipating any future legal obligations I may have to address i.e. trust or different type of will. I highly recommend Michael Miller for your personal and business legal needs.

We were a bit apprehensive about the whole adoption process but Anna made it easy. She’s incredibly knowledgeable in her field and made our adoption go very smoothly. I was surprised how annoyed he seemed with my inquiries at our appointment. Most of his responses consisted of "I don't know". If you're looking for legal advice for your start up this not the place that embraces local business. If you want an attorney that is condescending and unprofessional than Michael is the individual for you.

My mother's estate and trust resulted in years of conflicts among the beneficiaries. I eventually retained Michael Miller to represent my interests as a primary beneficiary of the trust. This involved responding to petitions, depositions, courtroom appearances, status conferences, and settlement negations. He took the lead role to get all the parties to sign a settlement agreement that finally has resolved all the issues with the trust and will prevent any future litigation. Michael Miller is a very smart attorney. He really cared, and provided practical approach options. He tried to get legal issues resolved in a timely manner and reduce my costs. His fees were fair. He provided regular communication, forwarded all relevant documents and asked for my approval before all actions he took in the case. I wish Michael had been my mother's attorney for her estate and trust planning. I believe that our family and legal problems could have largely been avoided.

Michael is very knowledgeable, straightforward and honest in his approach and is able to communicate complex legal matters in a common and understandable manner. Michael has prepared several estate plans for myself and for family members. He has been there to explain, update and review the plans as needed and has assisted with providing proper direction in the administration of the trusts and liquidation of the estates. Michael also provided significant council and direction with the sale of my business. Michael was very engaged in the negotiation of the contract making sure that the terms of the transaction were fair and reasonable. He protected my interest throughout the negotiation and made sure that the contract represented my desires. He thoroughly explained his thought process and strategy through the negotiation. I will continue to seek Michael's legal counsel and would highly recommend his services.
