Our family had to personally deal with RG from this law firm. I would advise anyone needing help with elder law to seek out someone else! Not only was this man rude and lazy, NOTHING he promised at the initial meeting happened for our family. He did not disclose any information that was valuable to our case, which left us frustrated. He was hired to help get my father approved for medicaid, and due to HIS continued delays this approval process is still pending, and we are at 8 weeks now. When questioned at why theres delays he denies any wrong doing and actually repeatedly pointed fingers at us. Each time you speak to this man he repeatly tells you how busy he is and how hes dealing with other clients. Boo hoo, Im sure he got paid for each one of those clients to. During these last few weeks my father became very sick and ended up passing away, RG became even more difficult and send multiple rude emails to me and my brother during our heart wrenching loss. We sent him an email stating that our family needs time to deal with our dad and since he was paid, just do his job and let us have some peace. He even in one email reminded us that we owed him everything and he would not tolerate us being anything less than respectful to him, down right threatening. THEN when he finally sent the final paper to medicaid, he sent an email and quit on us, left us high and dry with no remorse. CCSK, you need to do a better job at who you have working for your company!!!!

It has been great working with Isaac and CCSK law for recent legal advice for business, and even beyond that! He went above and beyond what was expected for our meeting and I feel much more prepared in my next steps.
