I had a case where an attorney was needed. I was referred from a friend to call Adam Sworden. I am glad I hired his service. He helped me to feel at ease along with straight forward answers of what we can do and expect. I am very satisfied with the outcome of my case and would highly recommend him. We had gone to a talk to get points in a vacation club. We purchased a package with the promise that they had properties where we liked to travel. When it came time to book our next vacation, we contacted the club and was told that they did not have any properties in this location after we specifically asked about this location. We hired Adam to try to get our money back, as we were not able to use the club as promised. He was able to get most of our money back for us. Valuable lesson learned.
