Professionalism and friendly and caring.. Carla Garino and staff were great helping me set up my Will, Medical proxy and Power of Attorney.

My husband and I set up appts with Carla to draw up our wills, medical directives etc. The entire staff was extremely helpful and responsive. Carla was knowledgeable and even talked to us about things we wouldn't have thought of. I highly recommend the whole practice for your legal needs!

My case is still ongoing but Shana Paula is great she is very patient with me I can be a bit of a handful so she's been very patient she's very good at her job so far the results that I have received from her representing me has been exceptional and I'm very happy The reason why I gave four stars instead of five is because I went back to this law firm and had a consult with a different attorney there which happens to be one of the partners and I just didn't feel like she really cared during my consult she was dismissive as if I was just a small fish in her big pond and she just did not have time to hear everything I had to say, while I was trying to speak with her about the issues she was packing up her stuff. It just was kind of dismissive nothing compared to my experience with Mrs Paula and because of that experience that I have with Mrs Paula is the reason why I figure I'd go to the same law firm for my other legal issues but just not really happy with the experience with the other attorney which again who happens to be a partner at this firm. I guess it's attorney by attorney bases as far as the experience that you will have. Maybe if I had a case that she thought was a big money payout maybe she would have paid more attention but I feel like every person's legal issue big or small should be treated with the same consideration equally. But as far as my legal issue and me being represented by Shana Paula I have no problems I am completely satisfied with the way that she does her job and the way she's representing me I couldn't be happier it's still ongoing but I'm pretty sure at the end of it I'm still going to be completely satisfied with her representation so if you need a family attorney I would definitely absolutely 100% recommend Shana Paula. If anything changes with my satisfaction of being represented by this attorney I will update this post but I don't think there will be any need to do so

I reached out to Webster & Garino after consulting with another attorney regarding Elder—Law. After my initial meeting with that attorney and him quoting a fix number, I had a follow up call where he explained I needed additional forms, etc. to the tune of an additional $1,500!!! I consulted others that had similar situations and they suggested I get a second opinion! Found William Webster on my search, called and had a phone appointment the next day! After hearing my story, Mr. Webster explained that I had no need for all those processes and explained why!! Furthermore, he told me that I would be charged upwards of $10,000 and I really didn’t red to spend that!!!! Really? An attorney is telling me not to spend it!!! Folks, that’s as good as it gets! This firm is amazing and honest! If I should need an attorney this is where I’m going! BTW, no charges for the initial meeting! .
