I reflect back on the ugliness my ex-wife threw at me for over 14 years; Kathy was always there with wisdom, compassion, support, and calming nature. She was relentless in the court room, in negotiations, and just awesome to have on my side. From visitations, to financials, to child support she she handled it all and was amazing. I have recommended her services to several family, friends, and acquaintances and all of them could not thank me enough for recommending her. As I was going through a particularly difficult divorce, Kathy Harmon came to my rescue. I had originally retained a different attorney. This first attorney told me to just prepare myself to pay out a lot of money. A friend knew Kathy and recommended I speak with her. As soon as I met her, she was someone I could talk to easily. I knew she was listening to me. She looked at my situation and immediately handled my case with an out come very favorable to me. I will definitely call upon her for any future assistance that may arise.

I have possibly one of the ugliest divorce situations ever; and that says a lot being a police officer. Kathy was able to step in and restore order to a very disorderly parenting situation. We are currently dealing with a child custody case that is taling place in Indianapolis, however we live 4 hours away. We contacted her and she was willing to do conferences by phone instead of making us drive to Indianapolis to meet her. She was very detailed, asked lots of questions, and gave us excellent advice. She began right away and started filing the necessary motions to send to the other party's lawyer. She is very nice and very diligent. Considering we have never met face to face, she has not made a single error or miscommunicated to us at all. She is amazing! Highly reccommended.
