He never even gave me a chance to explain and because my sister was trying to help me I told her to shut up and then he said that he won't take my case because I was to mean. He made me waste my gas driving a little over and hour there and a little over an hour back. He never even listen to me at all.

I highly recommend Starkes Law Office. The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Mr. Starkes has done a great job representing me.

I would like to post another rating as a follow up to my previous one a year ago. Unfortunately it is not any better, rather Dale stooped lower than what I thought any person could! Not only did he steal money from me by carrying out the case, he also falsely represented my ex husband by lieing to my attorney & saying what he wanted rather than consulting with my ex husband. I will be turning him into the bar association. He drastically hurt my kids by carrying out the case for a lot longer than needed. My kids even warned their dad & told him that he was in communication with his ex girlfriend and working against him rather than for him pertaining to a separate case he is supposedly helping my ex with.

He's very passionate about his work and he's realistic for those in certain situations. You can tell he's doing what he loves. An update is needed. The staff is very polite and beyond professional, but Starkes just takes on to much not giving him enough time to better prepare for cases. There were times I handed legit proof over and it was not presented in court which in the end it made me look like a terrible human being. All's I wanted was to protect my kids but every time I turned around I was being forced to sign a contract with near none say so in any of it. Hes a good attorney when he has the time, but when hes so caught up expect to get basically shoulder shrugged.
