I got one of there intake sheets filled it out waited 3 weeks and nothing so I sent another email sorry we can't take your case no explanation no nothing

She helped her client lying. No work ethic.

Took information and promised to get a hold of me

Hired a lawyer for an employment law case. He took a month to write a demand letter after he said my case fell threw the crack and forgot so after an extended period of time to send an email he send it to the defense but didn’t tell me there was a response. I tried calling, emailing and went in person because my lawyer wasn’t responding to anything for almost two months and eventually he said he wasn’t capable of handling my case. After another six months and thousand more dollars with a new law firm I find out my lawyer at Newbrough law firm never informed my of the defenses response and when I called them because this was a huge problem that harmed my case they will do nothing about it. Newbrough law firm is full of incompetent lawyer who lack any ethics or duty to their clients

I'm from out of state. Had to deal with legal issues that presented themselves. Nicole was professional , very knowledgeable handled the case like a champ. If you need representation and you're out of state. Newbrough is the way to go.

She didn't fight at all for me and I had to fire her after the first meeting with out two lawyers. I would never recommend ever getting her, she was even joking with the immediater during our time we went to meet.

Friendly service, issue resolved. Lack of communication of changes/updates and my bill was 3x what was originally estimated. More transparency or client relations/communications and notice of a jump in cost would have been appreciated.
