Overall, it was a very good experience. We had an estate in probate for a very long time due to family illnesses and incapacitations, so multiple attorneys and paralegals were involved over time. With the exception of one paralegal who is no longer with the firm, advice was sound, details done properly, questions answered quickly. Communication during one period of time wasn’t always prompt or detailed, but Emily Eisenlauer deserves five stars. She took over near the end after some bumps in the road and did a fantastic job. I think anyone would get excellent counsel on elder and estate law from Pearson Bollman Law. (And kudos to the great, retired Phyllis Pearson. She helped us with great skill, care and compassion during a very difficult time.)

Worked with Chad who was very informative & knowledgeable in regards to the information I was in need of. They are quiet expensive, that would be my only negative comment.

I am a 93-year-old World War II veteran who needed to apply for aid and attendance with the VA and need an irrevocable trust to qualify and Pearson Bowman Law was referred to me by my attorney to get this done correctly and properly. I feel we got the best attorney Chad Eichorn to do the job and he did it properly He did it quickly and complied with all the latest new requirements or VA compliance and I thank him very much

My family hired the Roller law firm awhile back for opening an estate shortly after my father passed away. While everyone there was very nice and cordial on the surface, it took us about 9 months to figure out that the Roller law firm had done absolutely nothing to open our estate despite my regular phone calls and emails into their office. My family spent month after month waiting for something to happen only to find out that no estate paperwork had ever been filed. Needless to say, now another entity has taken over my father's estate and I've hired another lawyer just to figure out the mess we're in. I definitely don't recommend it, but if you deal with the Roller law firm be sure to get everything in writing and keep careful notes and records about your case.

We had an irrevocable trust drawn up for my Mom. We knew that she most likely would not make the Medicaid 5 year look back but we thought it was a calculated risk that we were willing to take. If it had worked, my Mom would have had money for nice things after going on Medicaid. Roller Law Office charges too much $6000 and also said they would help us apply for Medicaid when the time came, but neglected to mention that the help would cost an addtional $3500. Slow to return calls and info is not clear so I made mistakes even after speaking with Mr. Roller.

Rich Roller is an excellent attorney. He methodically explains every issue that needs attention. He explains things in a manner that is easily understood. He is also very kind, compassionate, and approachable. He will take your calls to help you. And his prices are better than anyone else.
