Niko handled both my cases very well, back injury and shoulder injuries. Got me through the surgeries without having to pay any of medical bills. When all said and done we received a reasonable amount of compensation. I was able to resume work with restrictions and am still employed with same company.

Mr. Pothitakis is not only the best workers comp lawyer in Iowa, but he is also one of the most genuinely good people you will ever meet. He also exceeded my expectations in relation to my case. I contacted Pothitakis Law Firm when I got hurt at work. After a long battle with my employer Mr. Pothitakis was able too fight to get me my knee replacement done which my employer didn’t want me to have.
