Good customer care

Brooke and her team were very caring, thorough and helpful in assisting with the settling of my parents' estate. It was a difficult time dealing with the loss of two loved ones within a month of each other. When I ran into some difficulty dealing with an insurance company and processing assets, I felt overwhelmed. They stepped in and handled it thoroughly and professionally. It took an enormous weight off my shoulders and allowed me to be a son again, allowing me to get through the grieving process of the loss of my parents. Thank you Trent Law!

I couldn't have asked for a better law firm to represent me during my divorce. Because of the sensitivity of the issues that lead to the divorce and not knowing anything about a divorce, I reached out to Trent Law Firm and met with Rebecca Feiereisen for a consultation. I knew immediately I wanted her for my attorney. She was very professional yet made me feel extremely at ease & reassuring. She answered every question I had, was very timely in responding back and also if she wasnt available, her legal assistant Malynda would always respond back to me. I don't think my divorce could have went more smoothly if it wasnt for those 2!!

This review is long overdue. Ms. Trent and her team helped me with my home sale in Iowa City after I finished my medical training at UIHC. As a first time FSBO, I had no idea what to do or where to start. Fortunately, Ms. Trent walked me through every single step of the process, assured me, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of. We did everything remotely, as I was fairly far from their office in Cedar Rapids and short on time (I did not find anyone I wanted to work with in the Iowa City area). I would definitely not let the distance deter you from reaching out! Trent Law has a team that is highly professional, with kind and helpful staff. It was the best decision in my home sale process.
