Poor service, I contacted this firm they said they was gonna call me back with answers in regard to my inquiry but never call me back. Not a good firm. Red flag 🚩

Worked with Travis Cavanaugh on our Will's. We found Travis to be knowledgeable and professional. Any questions or concerns were addressed. The final documents were signed and notarized making this all a quick, painless experience.

I had an emergency temporary custody hearing and needed a mediator within two days. I originally scheduled with Matthew Brandes because it was only a 1 hour session and I knew what terms I wanted for my children, then was referred to David Wenzel because he had originally said it would be for a half an hour which turned into 1 hour anyways. He was biased and the other party was barely speaking at all, I explained that I had not wanted my children to be in the care of someone that has not been in my children’s lives longer than a year then David continued to say “ If it were Mary Poppins would you be more willing?” It felt like he was making it out to be a joke. I didn’t appreciate the comments he made about the best interest for my children. I felt attacked the whole time during our session, and now he is expecting me to change my review by contacting me through email every month since mediation. I wouldn’t recommend David for mediation services.

David & his assistant Erica are unbelievable humans! So responsive, providing calm to the craziest of scenarios, willing to explain and re-explain things when situations are difficult and easy to reach during moments of panic. They both go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of - all the while making you feel like you are family when you hang up a call. If a million shiny stars were an option for review - they’d get them all!!

Mr. Wenzel served as our attorney as we helped friends with a difficult guardianship situation. He was not only competent and professional but also kind, patient, generous with his time and accessible. Very thankful to have had him as our attorney! Highly recommend!

David is hands down one of the best. If you are looking for a great lawyer, David is who you want. Excellent communication and very professional.
