Tom and Cassandra are my angels. Tom took my case after everyone else turned me away. He saw an opportunity to do the right thing. He is professional and was very considerate of my time, knowing that I didn't want an outrageous bill. He gave very realistic expectations and was sure to explain why it would be a difficult case to win, but he said he was up for a fight. Getting the call that I won has changed my life for the better. Cassandra, was right there the whole way making the magic happen. They are the best duo ever!!

Tom and his associates are very helpful and encouraging in divorce and custody battle. As these are stressful times they have really helped me feel better. Upon hiring Tom and his firm I felt immediately at ease and they got to work. They are in constant contact through the process. And so far I am very happy with the outcome. Nick Capellapo and Tom did a great job for me. Nick was in contact with me the entire time and was a great communicator. I was at a 'give up' point, and Tom didnt allow for that and kept pushing for me thus resulting in a best case scenario result.
