I contacted Laura Schultes about a wrongful termination. At first things seemed fine for the first 2 weeks and then I was pretty much ghosted and ignored. I had to initiate all the phone calls and emails. Her assistant, Katie, kept informing me she was too busy. 10 months later, I was informed that they wouldn't be taking my case based on my personnel file. It was pretty obvious that my personnel file was fabricated. All the write-ups in the file were not signed and I could tell in Laura's voice she was lying and she didn't have the courage to tell me the truth as to why they weren't taking my case. I will be submitting a complaint with the Iowa State Bar Association and anyone who has had issues with this law firm I suggest you do the same. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Did very little, including communicating. Although monthly billing was done promptly and efficiently.

Receptionist was rude and dismissive. I stuttered when she answered and she wouldn't even let me finish my sentence. Will be taking my malpractice case elsewhere.

While Tim, Ashley & Kendall were the three members I corresponded with, I have to believe the entire staff at RSH Legal are doing their absolute best for their clients.
