Hello my name is Tracy Wharton ,I am the mother of Sean Wharton. I reached out last week to your office with a possible malpractice case involving my son Sean ,and the RCF Hillcrest Residential Mental Care Facility. I was overwhelmed with happiness hearing back with such a quick response from RSH Legal. This last year I have been overwhelmed trying to find a direction to go to get help for the mental abuse and neglect my son endured residing at the RCF in Dubuque Iowa, for over a year.
