Wonderful group to work with! Kerry was so nice and seemed genuinely concerned about how things were with my health. We would laugh over the phone and she just listened when I cried or ranted on about the injustice that insurance companies put people through. Tim was calm in the storm. Always fighting for me, even when it looked hopeless to me. Both Farl and Tim fought for me and even though I was not getting how the insurance attorney could use someone who didn’t know me from Adam or vice versa to try and destroy my credibility, they took the time to explain how they do it and why. I’m not gonna lie, that’s the biggest part that sucked about the whole process. In the end I feel we won and I was glad I didn’t have to sit for 8-10 hours in a courtroom and not be guaranteed anything in the end. Everyone from the receptionist to the lawyers and their staff worked tirelessly behind the scenes to fight for me and I would recommend them for any P.I. case. Thank you Kerry, Tim, Farl and your entire staff!

I found RSH Legal to be responsive, compassionate, and knowledgeable when I sought a legal opinion regarding a medical malpractice lawsuit. The office staff was prompt in responding to my needs, and the advice I received from Tim was accompanied by an easy to understand explanation for why he reached the conclusions he reached, and helped me find peace when making a difficult decision.

Very mean on the phone. I understand what a conflict of interest is, obviously, they represented the other party in the past, but they didn't even suggest another office I could try. They were incredibly rude to me over the phone. Definitely dodged a bullet here. My current attorney is fantastic.

I am a recently admitted attorney in California practicing personal injury law in a small firm. I was faced with an issue where the insurance policy of our client was issued in Iowa and included a Consent to Settle clause, but no one in our firm had encountered this before. I reached out to RSH Legal as an Iowa firm practicing in this field and spoke with attorney Tim Semelroth. After introducing myself and letting him know what my call was regarding, Tim exceeded my expectations of what I would get from cold-calling another firm where I had no connections. He provided me with case law and statute provisions supporting my position without a second thought. Long story short, if the other attorneys at RSH Legal are anything like Attorney Semelroth, I am sure their clients are in good hands.

Great firm! Great work! They were able to get me the best possible results with the least possible amount of hassle. Would definitely recommend!
