TL/dr?? Attorney Josh Christensen for the win. Full story: I work at a law firm in WA State but I have a cousin who lives in Iowa and got into a car accident there. I was helping her navigate the personal injury process but we were running up against an expiring statute of limitations. Obviously the court rules in Iowa are much different than those in WA, so I called this firm to see if I could borrow a few minutes of an attorney’s time for some Q+A. They could’ve easily tried to pressure me into giving them the case, or blown me off since there wasn’t anything in it for them. But attorney Josh Christensen gave me many hours of his time to help walk us through proper procedure in Iowa, as well as drafted several documents that we would’ve been lost without. I cannot tell you how much hope is restored for me being able to call someone from a different state who doesn’t know us at all and have them go to these lengths to help us. I can’t say enough about how amazing this experience was for my cousin and I.

I cannot say enough positive things about RSH Legal and Tim Semelroth. I was naturally a little skeptical about a firm I found thru a Google search, but DO NOT HESITATE to work with them - they have been FANTASTIC. Tim spent several hours with me on the phone over 3 conversations, answering all my questions in depth, and walking me through the pro's and cons of pursuing legal action vs working with, and settling with, an insurance carrier. Even though the best course of action for our family was settle with the Insurance Carrier he still provided us advice that assisted me in a negotiation which resulted in my family receiving significantly more money than had been previously offered. Again, I cannot state emphatically enough that this company is one of the 'good guys,' and from where I stand, I would absolutely endorse them to represent your family.

Pressley and his team were a vital part of our family's grief and closure process. The entire team was alway very honest and straightforward with expectations regarding our case and they were the perfect fit for myself and our family. They always explained the process and procedures in understandable ways while also showcasing their expertise in the legal system. While no one ever wants to experience the need for legal counsel, I am so glad we chose RSH Legal and Pressley's team. I will always recommend them to anyone who has legal needs.

Andrew Wiezorek represented me on a very tedious PCS charge along with a 1st. Degree harassment charge in Cedar county. He was very professional and patient with me and I can be difficult. My situation seemed hopeless and I was looking at a ridiculous amount of jail time or prison. Andrew worked diligently on my cases and with the Cedar county attorney against him the whole way was able to get my harassment charge completely dismissed and we were able to get a plea agreement that all parties could live with and no jail or prison for me. I need to add that Andrew was court appointed council and not a private paid attorney for me so he didn't really make any money off of me. That fact did not affect the time and effort he put in to getting my a#* out of a sling. I am so grateful to have him represent me and lucky. I feel that he went above and beyond for me and he is an amazing person for what he did for me and my family. He deserves 100 stars!

He didn’t always tell us what we wanted to hear, but always guided us with honest and realistic options.
