I just had a very good conversation with Tina, investigator. I appreciated her knowledge and expertise. My personal feelings is: when someone has experienced undo, unnecessary trauma it is most helpful to the client when the investigator shows understanding and concern and, Tina was most respectful to me during my interview. Amazing staff

Trying to understand how to navigate a medical malpractice case was overwhelming in every way. After speaking with Tina at RSH Legal, I had a lot more clarity about the process. Tina has been great to work with. I also highly recommend ordering their free law guide. It is an incredible resource that's easy to read and answers almost any question you can think of about how the legal process works.

Working with Farl & Jenny made a stressful & daunting situation much easier to manage & walk through. They are extremely patient & kind & I respect their thorough knowledge base. Farl has a calm demeanor & his legal wisdom, I highly respect. Jenny does a wonderful job of keeping you up to date throughout the process & no question I asked was looked down upon. I contacted Laura Schultes about a wrongful termination. At first things seemed fine for the first 2 weeks and then I was pretty much ghosted and ignored. I had to initiate all the phone calls and emails. Her assistant, Katie, kept informing me she was too busy. 10 months later, I was informed that they wouldn't be taking my case based on my personnel file. It was pretty obvious that my personnel file was fabricated. All the write-ups in the file were not signed and I could tell in Laura's voice she was lying and she didn't have the courage to tell me the truth as to why they weren't taking my case. I will be submitting a complaint with the Iowa State Bar Association and anyone who has had issues with this law firm I suggest you do the same. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Receptionist was rude and dismissive. I stuttered when she answered and she wouldn't even let me finish my sentence. Will be taking my malpractice case elsewhere.

I am extremely happy with RSH Legal. Tim Semelroth, Ashley Estrada & Kendal Hruska were more very easy to work with following the accident I was involved in. While Tim, Ashley & Kendall were the three members I corresponded with, I have to believe the entire staff at RSH Legal are doing their absolute best for their clients.
