This is a good office to go for help. It may take awhile for them to get back to you when you leave a message. Very friendly, knowledgeable & affordable compared to most.

I didn’t know who to get for a lawyer at first I never had to hire one. I looked around and called around, asked friends who they would recommend. So many of them said LaHammer. He beat out pretty much all the other high-ranking lawyers around in the Cedar Rapids, Iowa city area by a good margin price wise. So I decided to do a free a consultation. I knew from the moment we started talking that this is my lawyer from now on. If you’re looking for someone who is honest and straightforward, someone you can tell anything to, and keeps up on current law and actually cares about your case, this is your guy. I could not recommend him enough!

I had a very nice conversation with Tina about a very unpleasant topic. She was very personable and made me feel comfortable and valid and I appreciate her for that!

We worked closely with Pressley on a very difficult family matter and truly felt he was "fighting for fairness" throughout the entire process. He took the time to really learn the situation and then supported us from the first discussion until the final conclusion with candor, veracity, urgency, and most importantly empathy. His communication and follow up was great, and he was able to help us bring closure to a challenging time for our family. The approach by Pressley was one where he really put himself in his client’s situation and what would he do if it was his own family in the same circumstances. We thank Pressley and the RSH Legal team, and their firm’s culture of morality, but also with the toughness that is required to fight for what is fair.

Farl Greene and his assistant, Jenny helped me close up a case of mine. They both were absolutely wonderful, Jenny ended up being almost like a friend to me. They both were unbelievably kind and understanding about how the situation can be quite stressful. I am incredibly thankful for the both of them for many things. For closing up my case, and simply just being there for me during it all. I would recommend them to anybody.

I used RSH Legal when I suffered a work related back injury. My main point of contact was Jen Fields. RSH and Jen have been amazing. Any questions I had she answered. Any time I needed help getting into doctors, pt, and needed help with issues at my work Jen was there to assist me. Work comp cases are the worst on the injured worker. And the only thing that got me through some of the hardest times were Jens words to me “this will be the hardest part”. I held on to those words though the process. I don’t know that I could have got though this without the help of Jen Fields and RSH Legal. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I will recommend them to any and everyone I know.
