After spending the summer as a law clerk at RSH Legal, I would absolutely recommend every attorney in their office. Working at RSH allowed me to not only work with some of the very best trial attorneys, but some of the best people period. Every attorney and staff member takes their motto of “fighting for fairness” seriously and doesn’t take the trust their clients place in them lightly. No one wants to need an injury attorney, but if you do you can’t go wrong with RSH.

I called RSH About my mother been abused at nursing home. The nurse at the home cut my my mother foot. The nurse a minute that she cut her to the ER Dr. The social worker at hospital refused to file a report to the state. I have video of some of the abuse at the nursing home. They refused to take my case.

I had a wonderful summer working at RSH Legal as a summer law clerk. The attorneys and staff are extremely hard working and passionate about their work. I appreciate the respect they give to each other, their clients, and their summer clerks. They all have incredible work ethics, and strive to help each client. I would highly recommend any of the attorneys and staff at RSH Legal.

RSH legal represented us in a medical malpractice suit which takes along time. They became family to my family and I. Pressley, Farl, Ben, and Annie were a God sent. This team laughed with us, cried with us, and represented us vigorously to a multimillion dollar settlement! All we can say is THANK YOU, THANK YOU,THANK YOU!!!!

A bit overdue but the representation by Andrew Weizorek regarding a school bus incident several years ago was top notch! Highly recommend!!

Raphael is a very good lawyer. Very friendly, and he was great at making me feel calm about my situation when I first met with him. I'd definitely recommend him. He worked on my case very well, and got it resolved. He's worth the money. I'll be going back to him in the future if I have any more legal troubles. It's amazing to have a team that cares so much. People like Brandi who always keep you up to date on every step with true compassion and caring are hard to come by. Truth, love, and compassion for everyone is exactly what comes to mind when thinking about RSH legal and I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone that has the unfortunate event for which you deserve fairness. Words can't say how amazing Brandi, Pressley and Ben have been able to "fight for fairness" for my family. Brandi was wonderful about responding to my families needs and questions immediately. Pressley was beyond amazing creating a trusting relationship with my parents and family. Ben was very supportive also. We look at these three as part of our family and they understood exactly what my family was going through in a difficult time in our lives and got justice for our family. RHS came HIGHLY recommended to me by my ex mother-in-law. I walked in instead of calling because of the severity of my workman's comp situation. Gave all the pertinent information and was told that I would receive a call by, an I quote, "she will call either today or tomorrow so answer every phone call". That was Thursday, May 16th! I've had no contact from them which is extremely unprofessional! So much for caring about people who do the right thing, get hurt at work, and get screwed over by the insurance company in the process!! They should be ashamed of their workman's comp commercial! Wouldn't have hurt my feelings if "she" called and just said "she" didn't want to take my case, but no phone call at all!?
