I was referred to Laura from 2 other attorneys who said she could handle my case, as the other 2 didn't handle this type of legal case. They only handled personal injury. She wanted nothing to do with it. I was in a car accident while running an errand for my manager. I suffered a brain injury amongst other things. I was told it would not be turned into work comp, they didn't want the claim. I changed departments, my new manager found out I had the brain injury he began to harass me on and off the job. I went from top performer to being put on a PIP that was unrealistic, I turned him into HR, he was let go after 33 years of service. Now I'm on LTL and LF has lovingly harassed me along the way. I have even been approved for SSDI due to memory loss. This treatment is all illegal. Not to mention I've been wrongfully terminated because I was let go while on leave when they were sent letters to hold my position. I should have a disability discrimination case harassment case and a wrongful termination case. There is no reason we can't subpoena emails from this company to prove what was going on for the harassment case which I still have photos on some of the emails. Theres harassment from Lincoln Financial and still have letters and notes from each conversation, they denied my case which is normal and I appealed it, it was sent to a third party who immediately approved after looking at my medical records. After that my caseworker definitely wasn't happy. Every 3 months she constantly tells me she's going to stop my pay if all doctors don't send me their notes, yet I'm on long-term leave and the supervisor told me they don't need notes every 3 months. Maybe this law firm only takes on high dollar cases I am not sure. Mine may not be one.

I was represented by Brian Johnson. I can't say anything in regards to the other attorneys, but I can tell you one thing, if you need something more then a pencil and paper pusher, Do NOT have Brian Johnson represent you. He has no pull. He will ignore your calls and emails for weeks on end. Further more, if he loses your case you'll have to get another lawyer to appeal it because and I quote he 'doesn't know how to do that'. Those were his words, not mine. He won't fight for you, but he will happily take your money. Steer clear of this one!
