I met Tim 16 years ago in 2001. I had sustained injuries that eventually took 4 surgeries to repair when my small truck was rear ended as I was stopped at a red light When the medical bills began to arrive after the first surgery I realized I needed a good attorney. His firm was recommended by a family friend. Tim was very Professional, Courteous, Compassionate and Patient. He gave me in depth explanations of every detail of my case in language that a layman could easily understand We were offered several settlements before Tim determined that what was finally offered was fair and just. I was very pleased with his representation then. Last summer I was again injured when my vehicle was struck while stopped at a red light.
