Caitlin was very knowledgeable and professional. She always made sure I understood my options and rights and was always willing to answer any questions along the way. She was very straight forward and honest (which I appreciated immensely). She assisted me with settling my case in mediation. My case was quite unique and difficult. Not only did Rachel Laborde represent me legally, but was compassionate and supportive through all of the ups and downs I encountered. I can't thank her and the staff enough for what they have done for me. I am impressed with the way professionalism was maintained while supporting me emotionally. I would recommend Rachel to anybody who needs help through a difficult situation. As far as I'm concerned, she is absolutely the best.

Met with Rachel, who I do agree is a very fierce individual, for a consultation regarding child custody. I am well educated as I hold two degrees however my husband is not and has learning disabilities. She made my husband feel very inadequate. No one should make a person feel in such a way. My husband utilized the office multiplying times in the past and this was the first unpleasant experience he had. Rachel should learn to display more compassion and empathy for her clients. It's not always about the monetary amount.......
