Alex has been fantastic to work with. He is knowledgeable, personable and very responsive. My husband and I have felt comfortable reaching out with any and all questions and concerns we've had through the process. It has been such a relief having someone supportive like Alex to walk with us through an uncomfortable and difficult situation. I would highly recommend Alex and his team.

Unprofessional and a conman

Mark Fisher of Howes Law Firm is prompt in his responses both by email and phone. He doesn't leave questions unanswered and ensures you understand each step of any process. Mark goes above and beyond, he is personable and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Mark for any type of attorney representation.

Mark Fisher has been representing me in my custody case and has done an excellent job. He is very responsive and supplied me with his cell phone number so he can be reached and or respond to me at any time. He has always been prompt, courteous and professional. Chance Hartman has been the opposing party and is mad about not getting what he wanted. He has never been Mr Fisher's client. Mr Essex is Chance's good friend, and has never been Mr Fisher's client. I believe mimibug is Chance's sister, and again, has never been Mr Fisher's client. Thier 3 reviews are false and vindictive because of a bad result for Chance. I recommend Mark Fisher 100%. He is a great attorney!

Mark Fisher has represented me off and on since 2020 involving Family Law. I've also been represented in the past by Alex Momony in a related case more to his background. They both have provided excellent representation. If I ever saw them on the street I would offer to buy them lunch as I feel both have been quite effective. Mark has been my first call since he represented me back in 2020 and would be my first call again if I need further representation. They both work extremely well together when it comes to the cases that are related and we're a good duo when I needed them both. We still have some light work to do this coming month but he has never ignored a call or text when in an emergency. I've never had to make an emergency call to Alex but I presume he would react the same. I've never once felt looked down upon by either as a father nor a blue collar worker so I would recommend them to anyone. Mark has always tried to take the less expensive route but never once flat out denied my request. He doesn't come off as money hungry or doing it just for the money. He values his reputation and gives quality legal advice. I don't feel as though he has ever misled me into a waste of time or money. Every dollar I've given has been used effectively and I've never felt the need/want to question any charges to my account. Mark is not the bargain bin cheapskate lawyer nor does he cost you an arm and a leg for simple advice. I would say he is fair in his treatment of situations and will advice you accordingly. Again he is my first call and will continue to be so until he no longer is a practicing attorney.

If you want your case thrown to the back burner and go weeks without a returned phone call. Then choose this firm. My case wasnt given any priority and My Lawyer would go 8-10 days with out returning my calls. Mark fisher is not very professional but now I know to steer clear.
