We, as a family, had never experienced nursing home care. Our Mom was the first to require it. We trusted the nursing home to take care of her and keep her safe. The opposite happened! I read about Pressley Henningsen handling another case and our family decided to contact him. He met with me and was very straight forward and honest. The Law Guide to Nursing Home Abuse Claims was very educational and made me aware of my Mom's rights and ours as a family. The abuse, neglect and medical errors that happen at nursing homes are not OK and someone needs to be held accountable! My Mom was well aware of the legal actions taking place on her behalf and wanted to make sure nothing like what happened to her, ever happened to anyone else. Pressley and Kim P have been amazing with me, even in my not so clear thinking emotional state of mind every once in a while. They have answered all my questions, been very sympathetic and know our elderly care system needs to change! I highly recommend RSH Legal if you suspect nursing home abuse!

Corey Luedeman helped us so much! We had received a letter from the Soc. Sec. Admin. telling us to return thousands of dollars in benefit money we had received as a result of my filing for retirement benefits. Mr. Luedeman had contacts at the Soc. Sec. Admin. and he went directly to those contacts. We did not get entangled with the bureaucracy. He resolved the matter and we did not have to return the money.

Cory is amazing. I couldn't ask for a better lawyer. The staff working on my case were great. They always took the time to answer any questions I had. It was a long 7 years but we finally did it.

When I was diagnosed with epilepsy, lost my job, and started needing medical care on a regular basis I was overwhelmed. It can be difficult finding the right Dr's and lawyers during difficult times. I've seen and contacted several professionals looking for help and Corey is one of the best. He's always had a sympathetic ear and I never doubted he's on my side and wants to help. I would like to express my satisfaction towards the work of Mr. Scheetz. He helped to guide my brother through his marriage green card process including interview preparation. Everything was done professionally and his expertise helped my brother got approval quickly. We were surprised how fast his green card came. After my automobile accident i was very scary. I was worried about my son. I went to see Tim he was so easy to talk to listened to all of my fears and concerns. He explained everything so well and made it easy to understand the process. I would tell everyone to use Tim as Their lawyer.

My phone messages were answered promptly by both the legal secretary and attorney. When I spoke with Mr. Luedman on the phone he was able to quickly unravel my, not very well described, situation. He was able to help me through some of the logistics of the SSA disability process. He was Also able to direct me as to what I needed to do, as well as what I could expect to confront from this system as I attempt to return to work. To aid in this process he provided website information (that would have taken me some time to navigate and find) as well as contact information, including fax numbers, allowing me the most direct and clear route to communicate with SSA. Mr. Luedemanwas cordial, helpful, and encouraging on this process of dealing with my disability issues.

In June 1016, I hired Mr. Scheetz as immigration layer for my wife case. We started with a brief and free interview, when we shared the basics about our case. We conclude to work together in our case. During the first appointment, we shared all the requested information. It was a two hours meeting and, at the end, we had all the applications ready to be submitted to USCIS. We really appreciate to Mr. Sheetz the way that he explained the requirements, very easy to understand. On July 5th, USCIS received our applications and send us the receipts. Following a process without RFE, my wife received her work and travel permit in September 2016. Because of some personal matters, my wife traveled 2 times outside US. Mr Scheetz promptly answered to our e-mails and gave us the right advises, in a very complicated situation. The traveled happened twice, in December 2016 and April 2017, each time we came back in US without any problems, We had the interview on May 8th. We has a 2 hours appointment with Mr. Scheetz, who explain us the interview process and how to conduct the answers from the immigration officer. Also, he suggested to have an interpreter, which was a very important decision in our case. The interview when very well and, at the end of the day, we had the green card process approved. Overall, Mr. Sheetz helped us to have a very clear and straightforward green card process! Thank you!
