Ben is as fantastic! He is a very no nonsense individual who’s serious about helping you get results. He communicates things clearly and he was able to run stuff by me in a way I could understand. With my case, he never let up and I had a very satisfactory outcome. Glad to have had him behind me the whole way, would definitely highly recommend him and his assistant! I’m so glad I was referred his way. Would definitely work with him again!

Ben Lynch helped a good friend navigate being terminated due to reporting racism in the work place. Ben secured the friend a settlement from the employer for their wrongful (in my opinion) termination. The employer in question was a very large multi-national US Defense Contractor and Ben Lynch didn't drop a bead of sweat when going up against them. It's a very David vs Goliath like story where, once again, David won because David was right and true.

An absolutely outstanding lawyer! Ben was able to get me a substantially higher severance package than originally offered when I had my job reduced under suspect circumstances. He does amazing work and I cannot recommend him enough. Constant communication and my case was settled in only 2 weeks! I am very happy with his work.
