$3950 was too much for a dismissal with the DA done over email.

First and foremost, Ben is a great human being with positive morals and I truly believe that he cares about his clients and doing what he can to help them out in their situation. From the very start, he got me into his office to meet within 24 hours after speaking with him over the phone. July 2024- Sadly I found myself needing help with an another legal issue. I just can’t stress it enough how important it is to have an attorney that can do what others say is impossible. He is more than capable to handle anything you can throw at him. “ my opinion “. I found him through word of mouth so if you’re lucky enough to find him on google then you really should stop looking. You won’t find better. 2023-If you want an attorney that has your best interest in mind I hope you call Ben. You need an attorney for a serious matter so please help yourself out by reading this review. My work truck got hit by an impaired driver and I was unable to resolve it myself. The drivers insurance company was only willing to pay out a fraction of the damages and kept demanding I provide endless amounts of paperwork that no normal person keeps ahold of. Weeks had passed and i began to wonder if i would ever be able to get my life back on track. I contacted over a dozen other offices throughout Iowa. Some were not interested in my case and others were wanting me to wait on them for another couple months because they were busy. Only by luck and a recommendation from a different office did I find Ben. He was also slam packed with clients. I only know this because of the late night phone call I got and the emails that came first thing in the morning. Like so many others I called. He didn’t have time to help me. Instead he took time from his personal life and made sure I was taken care of. You won’t find another attorney like Ben. That was less than a week ago. The case is now closed and I have been compensated fully for my loss. It was that easy. You will be amazed how honest and caring he is. I am still blown away and lost for words trying to describe him. Without a doubt he is a great attorney but more importantly he is an amazing person. After he has finished helping you and it’s case closed you will be left wondering how to ever truly pay him back because the money he costs is not near enough. Thank you so very much for everything.
