I had a concern about an incident that occurred years ago and sent them an email early in the morning. I got a response via email within a couple of hours, not days. Not only did I get a written response,but an actual phone call. I was given advice on what I should do and to call them if I needed to. I had also contacted another firm and haven't gotten any response. This was several weeks ago.Their website says 24 hours and they mean it. I plan on using them for any legal counsel that I might need. I highly recommend them. They are prompt, professional, and amazing. Thank you.
