I was in an accident in March and was referred to Ben for a personal injury case. The person I hit pulled out in front of me and he proceeded to leave the scene. I contacted Ben and he got started in my case a couple days after my accident! Communication was great! He battled with State Fraud (Farm) for months until finally they settled on an amount for my case. I will always go to Ben if needed! Thank you Ben!

Ben is more than just an attorney. He actually takes the time to get to know you and your case. Well this case was important I am confident he has and will be offering the best legal advice. Blacks still face discriminatory practices such as being under represented because of racial disparities. We continue to struggle for equal justice equality when it comes to law. facing unfair apprasals in housing and filing claims with insurance. I hope we can move beyound Jim crow era practices and black taxes that present a clear and present danger to equality and equal justice. as we still fight ongoing efforts to change current government and law to serve the publics interest.
